- Residential first mortgage loans for the purchase of one-to-four family, owner occupied homes, condominiums or town homes including:
- Conventional mortgages; and
- Privately insured mortgages in excess of 80% loan to value for single family dwellings
- Special first time home buyer incentives
- Conventional first mortgage loans for the refinance of single family, owner occupied homes, condominiums or town homes.
- Loan modifications of portfolio first mortgage loans.
- Residential second mortgage loans including:
- Home equity loans; and
- Home improvement loans
- “Share loans” secured by our deposit account.
The above types of credit extension are subject to market conditions and the availability of funds. However, priority of lending is in the extension of single family residential mortgage loans.
